Rose City Kitchen Training Manual

The materials developed for Rose City Kitchen as an Operations Consultant included a handbook detailing opening, closing, and weekly duties for restaurant employees (both back- and front-of-house), schedules, and job aids such as cook time charts and inventory checklists. I also ensured that all food safety regulations and requirements were being met through implementing and training staff in specific, standardized procedures for prepping, cooking, and storing food items as well as proper sanitation procedures.
